Oximeter is an instrument for measuring the proportion of oxygenated haemoglobin in the blood. Sometimes we fail to notice the rate of oxygenated blood in body are dropping. An ideal oxygen level is between 96% and 99% and an ideal heart rate is between 50 and 90 beats per minute (bpm).
